We will be spending 4 days (from 27th Sept) working at a currently unrecorded multiperiod archaeological landscape in an area of moorland towards the head of Glen Beag (NG 85176 16131). The work will comprise removing vegetation around structures, test pitting, and recording. Please bring a trowel, spade, bucket, knee mat, gloves, brush and measuring tape if you have them. Meet at Glenelg Village Hall. Project funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund.

Free/donations welcome. Children with adults welcome. Packed lunch suggested.
