Burial place of the Lovat Frasers (Lord Lovat). Built 1634 and remodelled in 1722 by Simon the Fox, beheaded in London in 1747 for supporting Bonnie Prince Charlie. Visit the crypt with 6 lead coffins. MHG39898. In addition to the timetabled dates, the mausoleum is also open on request Mon-Fri 30th Sept to 4th Oct and 7th to 11th Oct.
