Join this truly lovely walk around Loch Kernsary which includes a visit to an important archaeological feature - the Red Smiddy. 

This is one of the most beautiful walks on the Estate with stunning views over the loch and surrounding mountains.  This walk is rich in wildlife and there will be every chance of seeing red deer and raptors.  The walk also includes a visit to an important archaeological feature- the Red Smiddy.  This was the original blast furnace in Scotland dating back to the 1600’s.

After your walk reward yourself with a wee treat in the restaurant.

Price includes a tea/filter coffee and a delicious scone at Osgood’s Café at Inverewe.

Meet at NTS Inverewe Visitor Centre (NG 862 819). Walk level 2. Children welcome with adults, dogs on leads. Bring a packed lunch/snack. Adults £8, children £3
