Workshop Afternoon at Highland Council

An afternoon of hands-on workshops on a variety of topics, held at Highland Council headquarters, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness (entrance by the Knocknagael Stone). (E44a and E44b, 2-3:30 or 3:30-5pm) Peter Bye-Jensen will introduce and demonstrate the method of use-wear analysis of flint tools where it is possible to explain the function of a stone tool. Lithic Lab will also show how to distinguish between human made flint tools and natural flint.
