Three Duns Cycling Archaeology Tour [RC] {A42}

Join Highland Archaeology Services for a cycle ride from Culbokie to visit a few local archaeology sites including Carn Mor Dun, Dun, Drummondreach, Findon Dun and a few more sites. Ride will be around 10 miles (18km) and cross the A9. Ride will take 1.5-2hrs with plenty of stops. Participants are asked to bring their own bike (in good working order) helmet, waterproofs etc and refreshments.

Children's Archaeology Pit [RC] {A2h}

Calling Young Archaeologists! Our Archaeology Pit has been newly refurbished, so you get hands on and have a go at digging.  You will uncover Pictish and medieval features and find lots of exciting artefacts on the way. Children must be supervised by accompanying adult. Only 3 children in the pit in each 30 minute session. Sessions can be booked online – recommended but not essential. Children and adults are welcome to visit the museum after the session.
